Communion Sunday Brunch is making its debut at the top of Mission Hills, offering a whimsical Sunday brunch menu with epic city views. Chefs Mike Moritz and Angel Hoo have crafted a lineup of creative dishes that bring bold flavors and fresh ingredients to the table.

A Whimsical Menu

Expect an inventive spread with both savory and sweet options, including:

  • Pea Hummus Toast – Sourdough, artichoke, frisée
  • Tortilla Española – A Spanish-style potato and egg dish
  • Bibimbap – Rice, vegetable medley, bulgogi, fried egg
  • Falafel – Whipped tofu tzatziki, parsley, pomegranate
  • Brioche French Toast – Sabayon, berry coulis

Brunch isn’t complete without a great drink in hand! Bartender Eliza Woodman has curated a selection of unique libations:

  • Baby C’est Vous – Herbs de Provence vodka, elderflower, orange marmalade, verjus, lavender, bubbles
  • Miso Mary – Shishito and lemongrass-infused vodka, miso, tamari, sambal, tomato, wasabi chili salt
