Opening This Fall In La Jolla: Cormorant Boutique Hotel + Birdseye

The highly anticipated Cormorant Boutique Hotel and its rooftop bar and lounge, Birdseye, are opening this fall in the heart of La Jolla.

Opening This Fall: Cormorant Boutique Hotel + Birdseye

Named after the seaside town’s famed Cormorant birds and inspired by the beauty of the coastal community, highlights of the modern ocean-side escape include:

Stay: 26 chic guestrooms with balconies offering expansive palm-lined views of the Pacific Ocean

Dine: Birdseye, an intimate rooftop terrace with small bites and craft cocktails, offering a panoramic “bird’s-eye view” of La Jolla’s shores

Shop: Prospect Market, an upscale grab-and-go marketplace featuring local goods, branded gear and beach essentials, and an homage to the property’s origins as the only market in La Jolla Village in the 1940’s

Explore: A convenient location perched on a dramatic seven-mile stretch of sunny coastline and within walking distance to famous La Jolla Cove and dozens of boutique shops, art galleries and restaurants in The Village

The hotel was previously The La Jolla Inn and is undergoing an extensive $3 million renovation and rebranding to become Cormorant Boutique Hotel.

See you there, San Diego!
