Enjoy An Easter Evening A la Française With A Festive Featured Dish At Bleu Bohème

The festive Easter special at Bleu Bohème will pull inspiration from the saison de printemps with a specialty lamb dish, served ahead of Easter exclusively on Friday, April 7 and Saturday, April 8.

Created by Executive Chef and Owner Ken Irvine, the entrée will feature a leg of lamb braised in wine, herbs and spices for seven hours and served with Flageolet beans and ratatouille, priced at $42.

In addition to the decadent dish, Bleu Bohème’s signature grands plats will also be available, such as smoke-roasted half chicken with pommes purée, green beans and sauce verte; boeuf bourguignon made with red wine, mushrooms, house-smoked bacon, carrots, baby potatoes and caramelized pearl onions; and more.

A variety of floral Champagne cocktails will be available to complement the early Easter special at Bleu Bohème, including La Brise de la Vallée, which translates to “the valley breeze” and features French Champagne sweetened with a touch of lavender syrup. The French restaurant’s entire craft cocktail menu and extensive wine list will also be available for the evening.
