Celebrate The Lavender Harvest Season At The 18th Annual Lavender Festival

123 Farm at Highland Springs Ranch & Inn is back to celebrate the beginning of lavender harvest season by hosting the 18th Annual Lavender Festival. Visitors of all ages are invited to stroll through the winding paths of organic lavender fields, participate in guided tours in horse-drawn hay wagons, learn how lavender essential oil is extracted, taste lavender-inspired dishes and enjoy live music.

The organic herbs grown at 123 Farm are featured prominently throughout the family-friendly festival through various refreshing lavender-inspired favorites such as lavender lemonade and lavender ice cream. The organic marketplace showcases specialty items many of them made with lavender as, for example, honey, balsamic vinegar, essential oils, fresh bouquets, plants and even lavender-stuffed toys!

Things to do at the 18th Annual Lavender Festival

Wander the 20 acres of our organic lavender fields and view our sample garden which is the home of more than 90 varieties of lavender. We grow primarily three varieties of lavender – Provence, Angustifolia & Munstead – which we used in our own aromatherapy products, for floral arrangements and in the kitchen.

Remember to bring your camera and feel free to take as many photos as you like, but PLEASE do not pick the lavender.

Taste Lavender

All our food items are created from top quality ingredients, including produce from local farms, organic flour,  sugar and dairy. We also feature organic lavender from our farm in our dishes and drinks.

Shop Lavender

Over 40 aromatherapy products made with lavender from our fields are for sale at the Organic Marketplace. These include lavender teas, lotions and essential oils and lavender-filled toys. View products on our online store.

Craft Lavender

Create your own lavender wand to gift to a friend or to decorate your home with! Each participant will make their own lavender wand to take home using the lavender that was freshly harvested from 123 Farm. A great souvenir to remember your 18th Annual Lavender Festival experience.

See you there!
