A Night of Parisian-Inspired Festivities

Bloom Bash channels the electric energy of the Moulin Rouge, inviting us to dance, explore, and celebrate in true Parisian style. The Museum comes alive with dazzling décor, live entertainment, and interactive art experiences that set the tone for an enchanting evening.

Expect live music from DJ Kara, along with mesmerizing Moulin Rouge–inspired performances by Aerial Revolution and Twisted Orbit Circus. The iconic Ferris wheel on the Plaza adds a playful touch and offers a unique view of the festivities.

An Exclusive Preview of Art Alive

One of the most exciting elements of the evening is the opportunity to enjoy after-hours access to the Art Alive floral exhibition. Regional designers create imaginative arrangements inspired by approximately 80 works of art, filling the Museum’s galleries with color and creativity.

This year’s celebration draws inspiration from the Museum’s Centennial exhibition featuring the works of Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, infusing the weekend with the theatrical charm of late 19th-century Paris.

Elevate the Experience

For those looking to enhance the evening, VIP packages offer additional perks such as early access and valet parking. Proceeds from Bloom Bash and Art Alive support the Museum’s exhibitions, education, and community outreach programs throughout the year.

You can also extend the celebration with a special 20% hotel discount at Andaz San Diego, the official Art Alive hotel partner, making it easy to turn the evening into a full downtown getaway.

See you there!

We’ll be sipping cocktails, dancing under the stars, and soaking in the Parisian-inspired atmosphere as Art Alive begins its spectacular weekend in Balboa Park.
