Support Local Artisans At Carlsbad Village Makers Market

There’s no denying the quality of design and artistry shown in something made by hand. On the first Saturday in April and June, in downtown Carlsbad Village, you’ll find 50+ local and regional artisans offering unique handmade goods that demonstrate their knowledge, skills, and careful attention to detail in a particular craft.

Grab a friend and shop local from a wide array of handmade and small production home goods, lifestyle goods, and eats and treats by local makers of Southern California and beyond. You’ll find:

• woodworking
• leatherwork
• 3D functional art
• natural jewelry
• beading
• fabric creations
• linen restoration
• re-purposed materials
• artisan foods

…and much more!

Juried Art & Handcrafted Market Place

From 9AM to 4PM, the St. Michael’s By-The-Sea Episcopal Church will turn into an open-air makers market.

All applicants are juried, and only self-designed and handcrafted items will exhibit in this venue.

Make A Day Of It In Carlsbad Village

The Carlsbad Village Makers Market is a free community event. Public parking is plentiful in the Village, and the beach is only two blocks away.

Many casual and fine dining establishments are within steps from the venue and shopping at a wide variety of boutiques, salons, and galleries.

See you there, San Diego!
