Alila Marea Beach Resort & Claudette Zepeda Announce Elements Of Nature Culinary Series
Alila Marea Beach Resort is introducing a new Elements of Nature culinary series hosted by acclaimed Chef Claudette Zepeda.
The Four Elements
As the creative visionary and culinary director behind VAGA, the quarterly culinary dinner series will spotlight the four elements – earth, fire, water, air – with each dinner unveiling the season’s new menu complemented by delicious cocktails, invigorating activations, and more.
Fire
The first Elements of Nature culinary series will ignite on March 30 with the Nature of Fire dinner. Hosted by Chef Claudette Zepeda and her talented culinary team, the special dinner will serve up a tantalizing five-course menu and special cocktails highlighting local ingredients, ancestral cooking methods and the mystic symbolism of the sun, flame and smoke.
Representing light, energy and transformation, guests will also be invited to connect to their fire within through personal sun sign astrology readings, an intention-setting candle ritual, and soulful live music throughout the evening.
Reservations
The Elements of Nature series will take place on Thursday, March 30 (Nature of Fire), Thursday, June 22 (Nature of Earth), Thursday, September 21 (Nature of Air) and Thursday, December 21 (Nature of Water) with seatings from 5PM-9PM.
