Dueling Tequila Dinners Featured At Herb And Wood This Week
Herb & Wood invites you to a two high-end Tequila-paired dining experiences with their award- winning culinary teams and those of Farmer & The Seahorse.
Tequila will be front and center as they feature the premium brands, Casa Noble and Arette, curated by Certified Catador and Food & Beverage Director, Chris Simmons.
What To Expect
A “Fish and Game” celebration with a thoughtfully crafted four-course pairing dinner prepared by chefs Brian Malarkey, Shane McIntyre, Jason Gethin and Adrian Mendoza. There will also be tray-passed appetizers, and of course, refreshing Tequila cocktails.
The events take place over two days, with the first night focused on food from the sea, and the second night focused on wild game.

Wednesday, January 24
Meet Casa Noble Founder and CEO Pepe Hermosillo and taste his small batch, certified organic Tequila paired with seafood-forward dishes sourced from Catalina Offshores, including citrus poached prawns with roasted sunchoke, watercress, pickled mustard, and sea beans.
Thursday, January 25
Join Eduardo Orendain as his family’s artisanal Tequila, Arette, is paired with a selection of unique meats such as rabbit, foie gras rillette, and wild boar.
