Job-Seekers Unite at the Jobapalooza Hiring Festival in Belmont Park

Summer is right around the corner and Belmont Park, San Diego’s only beachfront amusement and entertainment center, will host its third annual park-wide hiring festival, Jobapalooza.

The largest hiring fair in Mission Beach, this event will connect job seekers with local employers from a variety of industries, including hospitality, service, ride operators, and more.

As job seekers explore over 20 career opportunities, they will also have the opportunity to participate in resume-building workshops, network with other job seekers and local businesses, apply for jobs, and get same-day interviews with potential employers!

Belmont Park’s goal is to give everyone coming to the hiring fest a feel for the amazing culture working at Mission Beach, specifically at Belmont Park, offers.

Because life is better at the beach, job seekers will also enjoy a full day of fun at the park with a DJ, food for potential employees, a swag bag with merchandise from tenants, and more!

Jobapalooza is a collaborative effort between Belmont Park, local businesses, and the City of Mission Beach. Its goal is to stimulate the local economy and provide job opportunities for the community. All interviewees are asked to bring their resumes, IDs, and any references.

In addition to Belmont Park and its restaurants, including Cannonball, Beach House, and Draft, some of this year’s participating businesses include Lakehouse Resort, Evan’s Hotel Group, San Diego Rescue Mission, Ocean Experience Surf School, and Pacific Terrace Hotel,
