NOVO DIA Wellness Experience: An Immersive Wellness, Art, & Food Event Returns To La Jolla

NOVO Dia Wellness Experience returns for the second year on Saturday, October 21. Attendees interested can expect an immersive wellness, art, and food experience in the reclaimed Museum of Contemporary Art in La Jolla.

Beginning at 9AM, wellness enthusiasts from across the county will gather at one of La Jolla’s most iconic event venues for a transformative day of inner discovery and mindful exploration.

The NOVO DIA Wellness Experience

There will be over 20 different wellness practices and educational workshops to choose from including yoga classes of all levels, sound baths, transformative breathwork sessions and guided meditations led by renowned instructors and studios throughout San Diego.

Attendees have the opportunity to explore a wellness market showcasing local and national vendors, participate in a curated art walk guided by MCASD educators and enjoy a delightful breakfast with mocktails and a juice bar throughout the day. To wrap up this enriching day, all participants are invited to join a closing reception opening the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, share experiences and forge lasting connections.

“Last year’s inaugural NOVO DIA was a truly amazing experience,” said Founder of NOVO Dia Wellness Experience, Igor Lascani.

“To see this event come to life at such a beautiful location with so much support from San Diego’s wellness community confirmed that I wanted to make this experience a yearly event at this scale. This event is for anyone that is interested in pressing the restart button and connecting with like minded individuals through enriching experiences.”

The inaugural event took place in October 2022 where over 300 people attended. Many attendees described the full day event as a truly immersive experience and one of the best locations in the U.S. This year’s new additions include a wellness market, access to a SPA room and a closing reception to culminate the event.

Thee different levels to create a unique experience

For those seeking a day of wellness amid breathtaking panoramic coastal views and inspiring art that nourishes the mind, body, and soul, NOVO Dia offers a unique experience tailored to three different levels:

Connect Pass, $95 – includes three classes or workshops, access to the wellness market, access to the galleries of the museum, MCASD educator-led tour, access to the closing reception and networking event starting at 5:00 PM

Expand Pass, $135 – includes three classes or workshops, access to the wellness market, access to the galleries of the museum, MCASD educator-led tour, access to the closing reception and networking event starting at 5:00 PM, and all inclusive food and beverage service

Elevate Pass, $250 (VIP experience) – includes three classes or workshops, access to the wellness market, access to the galleries of the museum, MCASD educator-led tour, access to the closing reception and networking event starting at 5:00 PM, all inclusive food and beverage service, access to their exclusive SPA area with services such as massage, cupping therapy, tarot reading (and more), event swag bag, faster entrance.
