Vino Carta Sunday Supper Series Presents Italian Tratorria
Vino Carta’s Solana Beach location is offering the next installment of its Sunday Supper Series from the in-house chef team of Kelly and Elliott Townsend of Long Story Short – and this Sunday’s theme is Italian Tratorria.
This wine-pairing dinner does not include pasta, and it will be made from ingredients sourced from local farms and sustainable seafood purveyors. As always, the menu depends on what’s available seasonally.
