Farmers Table Offering Free Meals To The Unsheltered To Give Back This Thanksgiving

With the holidays just around the corner, this time of year can be particularly difficult for thousands of residents of San Diego.

The effects of the Covid pandemic have left a very difficult impact on the city of San Diego and contributed to skyrocketing gas prices, inflation, and affordable housing. All of these factors have greatly contributed to the housing crisis and added hundreds to the list of unsheltered.

Farmers Table offers free Thanksgiving meals to the unsheltered

This year, Farmers Table aims to help make the holiday season a little bit more enjoyable and safe by offering free Thanksgiving meals to the unsheltered.

This year, Farmers Table is partnering with Father Joes to help with finding a place to distribute free meals for the unsheltered in San Diego.

To make it simple, Farmer’s Table will donate a meal for every meal ordered from Farmer’s Table’s Thanksgiving Menu, from any location, to an individual experiencing homelessness.

From the field to your plate…

Farmers Table has a longtime goal of being an impactful resource for the community. With their saying “Honest Food Done Right” Farmers Table aims to be a community stable by providing a place for local farmers to bring their local crops directly from the field to your plate.

Priding itself on being an authentic farm-to-fork restaurant, Farmers Table makes its meals with organically grown resources from local farmers and gives a genuine touch to its menu.

Join us!

Take advantage of this opportunity to give back by visiting any of the participating Farmer’s Table locations in Bay Park, Chula Vista, La Mesa, and Little Italy.

See you there, San Diego!
