Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara Just Got a Stunning $22 Million Makeover

Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara just completed an incredible renovation that’s got us seriously excited about heading up to Carlsbad. This massive transformation project has completely reimagined the already stunning property into something even more spectacular.

Fresh California Coastal Vibes Throughout

The entire property got the royal treatment—we’re talking all 246 villas, plus the clubhouse, fitness center, and pool areas. The design team from Wimberly Interiors really nailed the California coastal aesthetic, drawing inspiration from our natural surroundings to create spaces that feel both luxurious and completely relaxed.

What we love most about the new look is how everything flows together. The color palette of creams and silvers with pops of blue and terracotta feels so perfectly Southern California. Each villa now seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, with private balconies set up for those perfect al fresco dining moments we all crave.

More Than Just a Pretty Face

The renovations weren’t just about looks—though they definitely delivered on that front. Every villa got new flooring, lighting, furniture, and finishes, plus completely updated kitchens with top-tier appliances.

Whether you’re booking a cozy studio or a spacious two-bedroom residence that sleeps up to eight, you’re getting that perfect balance of home comfort with Four Seasons luxury.

The recreation clubhouse also got major love, from a bold new entrance to completely refreshed furnishings. The fitness center is now equipped with brand-new strength and cardio equipment, updated locker rooms, and they even added dry saunas.

The poolside bar expanded its seating too, because who doesn’t want more options for that afternoon cocktail?

The Full Resort Experience

What makes this spot special isn’t just the beautiful accommodations—it’s the complete experience. We’re talking two swimming pools, a kids’ club for the families, dining at Seasons Restaurant, and relaxation at the Driftwood Spa.

The Four Seasons team goes above and beyond with their concierge service, even stocking your villa’s kitchen before you arrive and planning everything from golf outings to surfing lessons.

The location in Carlsbad puts you right in those rolling coastal foothills with incredible Pacific views, but you’re still just a quick drive from all the San Diego, Del Mar, and La Jolla action we know you love.

If you want to be among the first to experience the newly renovated villas at Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, they’re offering an Experience More package with up to $300 in daily credits when you book a one or two-bedroom villa.
