Friday the 13 the Séance
A special Haunted Happenings Tour on Friday the 13th to delve into Kate Morgan’s deadly visit to The Del. Includes an exclusive visit to Kate’s room followed by a Victorian-styled séance.
Room 502 Tour
Kate Morgan’s guestroom isn’t the only room where haunted phenomena has been reported. Up on the fifth floor, which originally housed only hotel staff, another guestroom has received even more documented reports of haunted happenings. On this special ghostly tour, guests will explore the 1992 paranormal investigation and go inside the hotel’s most haunted room.
Paranormal Tour
In 1992, Parapsychologist/Anomalist Christopher Chacon conducted a confidential assessment of the phenomena reported throughout the resort. This 24-hour-a-day, 12-month investigation yielded nearly 10,000 hours of content and one room, Room 3519, documented over 400 anomalous (paranormal) phenomena alone.
Explore Room 3519, view some of the recorded footage first hand in the room where it happened, and learn about the paranormal equipment used today.
An Evening with the Spirits
An interactive and fully immersive evening that examines the roots of the fascination with ghosts, hauntings, talking to the dead and explores the rich, entertaining history of seances, table rappings, Ouija boards, spirit cabinets, and more. Guests will learn about the haunting story of Kate Morgan and examine historic records and handle objects that are believed by some to be haunted.
Ghost Roast
Enjoy a spooky night under the stars, read ghost stories, and roast s’mores with an added supernatural flair, thanks to a paranormal visit from Kate Morgan.
