LAVO San Diego Launches Aperitivo

An aperitivo is a wonderful Italian tradition that is both an occasion and a drink. The occasion is similar to the American happy hour, whereas the drink is a pre-dinner drink specifically meant to whet your appetite.

Everyday, Italians gather for aperitivo to slow down for conversation with friends before heading to dinner.

LAVO is bringing the Italian tradition to San Diego!

Every Monday to Friday from 5PM to 6:30PM the Gaslamp restaurant from Tao Group that recently took over the former Searsucker space will be offering menu specials including $6 featured beers on tap, $8 Aperol Spritzes, Three Cheese Arancini and Truffle French Fries, as well as $10 Brick Oven Pizzas including the Margherita, Angry Maria and Funghi, all in true Italian fashion.

The Aperitivo is available in the bar and lounge only and on the patio upon request.

LAVO San Diego is located at: 611 Fifth Avenue, San Diego, CA 92101. For updates and more info, visit the website here and follow them on Instagram and Facebook.

See you there, San Diego.
