For one day only, Pop Pie Co. is teaming up with some of San Diego’s culinary heavy hitters. We’re talking exclusive pies created by:

These limited-edition pies will have us lining up around the block!

Lucky Number Eight

There’s more to this anniversary than meets the eye. The number eight holds deep significance for owners Steven Torres and Gan Suebsarakham. It’s a nod to Chef Gan’s Thai heritage, where eight symbolizes infinity.

Adding to the celebration, Chef Gan’s mom is flying in from Thailand as the guest of honor.

Early Bird Perks

The first 25 customers at each Pop Pie location score a free savory pie with any purchase. Plus, keep your eyes peeled for surprise merch giveaways throughout the day. It’s like a treasure hunt, but with pies!
