President’s Day Weekend Specials And Events Around San Diego

Monday, February 20, is Presidents’ Day, giving plenty of workers throughout the nation a well-deserved day off. Here are a few great spots to soak up the sun throughout the county for anyone visiting from out of town or locals looking to explore some new options during President’s Day weekend.

Miss B’s Coconut Club

Miss B’s Coconut Club is located in Mission Beach, bringing guests a daytime party by the beach!

Enjoy brunch until 2PM all weekend long, indulging in favorites like Lechon Asado Hash with house potatoes, onion, bell peppers, Jamaican beer cheese, pulled pork and sofrito, topped with two eggs.

Keep it fruity with a classic Acai Granola Bowl, one of Miss B’s most popular items that incorporates acai, fresh honey granola, tropical fruit, berries, and toasted coconut!

The Brick Hotel

Park 101

Park 101 in Carlsbad will open early on Presidents’ Day, giving you from 11AM to 9PM to explore their 8,000
square foot multi-use plaza style complex. 

Just grab your barbecue, cocktails, beachside deli bites, coffee, or any of the other goodies nestled within Park 101 and settle in on the Tamarack Deck for fireside sweeping views of the village.

And if you’re looking for some family friendly competition, Park 101 has you covered with cornhole and larger-than-life Jenga!

Duck Dive

Duck Dive is typically closed on Mondays, but they will open from 10AM to 4PM on Presidents’ Day, as well as serve brunch all weekend long! 

Enjoy bottomless mimosas for $17.50 per person available until 3PM on weekends and 1PM on weekdays.

Coco Maya

Coco Maya will open at 9:30AM all weekend long! Located on India Street in the heart of Little Italy, Coco Maya offers a luxurious rooftop bar that is tailored to be both comfortable and Instagrammable! 

On Sunday, February 19, Coco Maya will partner with Guest List Only celebrate the lead-up to Mardi Gras: Carnival!  With a full day of festivities from 2PM to 12AM, guests can expect a Carnival celebration like no other. Two samba dancing performances will take place at 3PM and 7:30PM.
