Prince St. Pizza and Spill the Beans Team Up for February’s Pizza Bagel Collaboration

Spill the Beans is collaborating with Prince St. Pizza for February’s flavor of the month, and it’s exactly the kind of mashup that makes sense when you think about it. Pastry Chef Karina Orozco has transformed Spill the Beans’ iconic pizza bagel using Prince St. Pizza’s Fra Diavolo spicy marinara sauce, pepperoni, and Spicy Vodka sauce.

The result is a plain bagel topped with Fra Diavolo Sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni, paired with cream cheese mixed with Prince St. Pizza’s homemade Spicy Vodka Sauce.

BOGO Coupon and Loyalty Program Points

Anyone who orders the Prince St. Pizza Bagel at any Spill the Beans location gets a Prince St. Pizza BOGO coupon to use at their Pacific Beach or Gaslamp locations. Prince St. Pizza is also giving 50 points (equal to $5) to anyone who signs up for their loyalty program via Spill the Beans’ launch-day email.

There’s a sign-up link in the email, so subscribing to Spill the Beans’ email list through the pop-up on their website gets you access.

Available All Month at Five Locations

The specialty Prince St. Pizza Bagel is available from February 1 through February 28 at all five Spill the Beans locations: Gaslamp, Seaport Village, Mission Valley, Pacific Beach, and Ocean Beach.

You can order in-store, online for pickup, or for delivery, making it easy to grab whether you’re planning ahead or just passing by.

Two New York Classics in One

Spill the Beans Owner-Operator Randy Wagener explains that Prince St. Pizza has been part of his personal food story long before they came to San Diego, so the collaboration feels natural. Lorenzo Hidalgo, Regional Director of Prince St. Pizza, calls it a chance to bring two of New York’s most iconic foods together in one flavor for San Diego.

When both sides are genuinely excited about working together, it usually shows up in the final product.

See you there!

Sometimes the best collaborations are the ones where both brands are bringing their A-game, and this pizza bagel fits that description.
