Ranch 45 Eyes Expansion And Addition Of Outdoor Kitchen

Beginning construction in the coming months, Ranch 45 is expanding their butcher shop and dining area, as well as adding a full outdoor kitchen, which will result in an additional 1,100 square feet, for a total square footage of about 4,500.

Ranch 45 Adds Award-Winning Chef Aron Schwartz To Culinary Team; Launches New Fall Dinner Menu

Building on the selection of meat cuts already available, Ranch 45 will also be able to serve full primal pieces prepared in a brand new USDA cutting room. The new space will also allow for a wider variety of beers and wines, more events and cooking classes, a separate area for the coffee shop component and public restrooms. The kitchen will continue to be led by the talented DuVal Warner and Aron Schwartz.
