Spill the Beans Launches Fall Flavor Lineup Across San Diego

Spill the Beans is rolling out their autumn drink menu across all five San Diego locations, featuring seasonal specialties that embrace classic fall flavors with creative twists.

The lineup combines traditional pumpkin and maple profiles with the coffee shop’s signature approach to customizable beverages and premium cold foam options.

Signature Fall Beverages

The Basic Witch combines pumpkin pie sauce with caramel drizzle, homemade vanilla syrup, espresso, and milk, available both hot and iced with optional Pumpkin Pie Cold Foam upgrade.

The playful name reflects the coffee shop’s casual, approachable brand while delivering the pumpkin spice experience customers expect during fall season.

Maple Blondie offers a different seasonal profile through white chocolate, brown sugar syrup, and maple spice paired with espresso and milk. The optional Maple Spice Cold Foam provides textural contrast and flavor enhancement that distinguishes it from standard flavored lattes.

Cold Brew Innovation

The Pumpkin Pie Cold Brew caters to customers who prefer less sweet seasonal options by pairing the shop’s signature cold brew with homemade vanilla syrup and Pumpkin Pie Cold Foam. This approach recognizes that not all fall drink enthusiasts want heavily sweetened beverages while still providing seasonal flavor profiles.

The cold brew base appeals to caffeine enthusiasts who want stronger coffee flavor alongside seasonal elements, creating options for different taste preferences within the fall theme.

Customizable Cold Foam Options

The seasonal cold foams—Pumpkin and Maple Spice—work as add-ons to any menu drink, extending fall flavors beyond the specific seasonal beverages. This approach allows regular customers to modify their usual orders with seasonal elements rather than switching to entirely different drinks.

The “Extra Dope” branding for cold foam upgrades maintains the casual, local coffee shop atmosphere while emphasizing the premium nature of the add-on service.

Multi-Location Accessibility

With locations in the Gaslamp Quarter, Seaport Village, Mission Valley, Pacific Beach, and Ocean Beach, the fall menu reaches different San Diego neighborhoods and demographics. Each location serves tourists, locals, and commuters, ensuring broad access to the seasonal offerings throughout the county.

See you there!
