Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar Fashion Valley Opening

Tommy Bahama is expanding its presence in San Diego with a new Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar at Fashion Valley. The company has three retail stores in the San Diego area, but this is their first restaurant in the market. The bar is a casual hybrid restaurant-retail concept that is a natural evolution of the brand’ combined shopping and dining experience.

Located in the center of the Fashion Valley lifestyle center, it provides a lively environment for guests to eat, drink and shop! The 7,200 square foot floor plan includes a retail store with an impressive assortment of Tommy Bahama men’s and women’s sportswear, swimwear and home décor items alongside a restaurant with an outdoor bar and dining patio.

The Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar offers a new style of service where orders are placed at the outdoor bar, then the food and drinks are delivered to table. This streamlined approach appeals to a more casual diner while still providing guests with the signature Tommy
Bahama experience.

The menu includes Tommy Bahama’s World-Famous Coconut Shrimp, Blackened Mahi Mahi or Jerk Chicken Tacos, All American Beef or “Nashville” Hot Chicken Sliders, Ahi Poke and Salmon Avocado bowls, salads and sandwiches, as well as Pina Colada Cake or Key Lime Pie for dessert. The full bar offers signature cocktails, Island Rum drinks, martinis, wine, beer and Zero Proof Cocktails.

The Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar is open from 11AM -8PM, Monday -Thursday and 11AM – 9PM Friday -Saturday with Island Time Happy Hour from 3PM – 6PM daily. Online
ordering is also available for take-out or delivery on all menu items and special family meals.

The new Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar in Fashion Valley will offer guests another opportunity to experience Tommy Bahama’s relaxed island vibe. Tommy Bahama has over 160 retail locations, 21 of which include a full-service Tommy Bahama Restaurant Bar & Store or Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar.

See you there….and stay healthy, San Diego!
