Manchester Grand Hyatt Announces Over The Top Grand Garden Pop-Up

Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego has just announced a spring pop-up at Top of The Hyatt, open March 30-May 23. Sitting 40 stories above at the tallest waterfront hotel on the West Coast, the property’s beloved Top of The Hyatt will be completely transformed this spring into the Over The Top Grand Garden.

This full scale transformation of Top of the Hyatt will bring a lush and whimsical garden bar boasting spring blooms, seasonal sips and stunning skyline views to America’s Finest City.

Take a seat in an enchanting garden-like setting surrounded by larger than life botanic displays, giant mushrooms and fantastical backdrops for an experience that truly lends itself to a floral fantasy.

Full-sensory experience

A custom menu will feature themed beverages like Strawberry Fields, Mint Duvet and La Primavera, along with towers of sharable treats. Instagrammable moments, private greenhouse seating for groups, and full sensory experiences are all on the table this spring.
