Treehouse Brings Elevated Fast-Casual Dining (and Seriously Good Coffee) to Sorrento Valley

Sorrento Valley just got a major upgrade with the opening of Treehouse, a modern all-day spot that’s part fast-casual restaurant, part artisan coffee bar, and part design-lover’s dream.

Whether you’re powering through a workday, grabbing a quick bite, or lingering over lunch with coworkers, Treehouse delivers on flavor, form, and function.

From Smash Burgers to Supercharged Salads

Helmed by Executive Chef Enrique Guzman, the Treehouse kitchen is serving up fresh, energizing meals built around ingredients from Chino Farms and JR Organics.

Menu standouts include the Ahi Tuna Burger with pickled veggies and edamame spread, the Green Chile Smash Burger, and pizza by the slice—rotating daily to keep things interesting.

Looking for lighter fare? You’ll find vibrant salads and bowls like the Chopped (napa cabbage, mandarin, citrus tahini) or the Poké Bowl with marinated tuna, kimchi, and Asian pear. There’s also a grab-and-go market stocked with snacks, pre-packed salads, drinks, and more.

Start Your Morning at The Can Do

Inside Treehouse, you’ll also find The Can Do—a coffee bar pouring Cafe Moto brews and dishing out a breakfast menu that’s anything but basic.

Morning favorites include the Brioche Egg Sando with house kimchi and Chinese sausage, a hearty Breakfast Burrito with soyrizo and poblano sofrito, and an avocado toast that packs a punch with feta, radish, and hibiscus onion on fresh pita.

Pair it with a latte, house lemonade, or something sweet from Pâtisserie Mélanie or Bread & Cie.

A Space That Works as Hard as You Do

Treehouse isn’t just about food—it’s also about the space. Designed by Gensler, the 9,300-square-foot building features soaring ceilings, FSC-certified timber framing, a lush green roof, and a 4,000-square-foot patio with couches, tables, and sun-soaked seating.

Whether you’re dialing into meetings or unplugging with a good meal, this is a space built to support balance.
