Virtual Cooking With Rocco DiSpirito And Brian Malarkey

On Monday, August 10, Chef Rocco DiSpirito will be joining Brian Malarkey in his virtual cooking class series, “Cooking with Malarkey.” The two have shared a stage before at various food events across the country and on Food Network‘s Guy’s Grocery Games (GGG).

In a GGG Superstars Tournament judged by San Diego’s Troy Johnson, they competed for charity against chefs Alex Guarnaschelli, Justin Warner, Elizabeth Falkner and more.

The hour-long class will focus on all things Italian, with Chef Rocco teaching how to craft an authentic Milanese Risotto while Chef Brian whips up a Crispy Prosciutto and Halibut with Summer Corn, Pancetta Succotash and a  Citrus Beurre Blanc.

The special crossover class with Chef Rocco will take place on Monday, August 10 at 4:00pm, PST.  It  includes two recipes, a shopping list, a video recording of the class, and a live Q + A with Chef Malarkey and DiSpirito.
