Ranch 45, Brandt Burger

Ranch 45’s Brandt Burger utilizes the highest quality ingredients, resulting in a classic, yet cravable burger. Using all-natural farm-to-fork Brandt Beef, the Brandt Burger combines butter lettuce, heirloom tomato, bermuda onion, and your choice of smoked cheddar, gruyere or blue cheese on a brioche bun. The burger, which comes with fries and a house-made pickle, costs $15 and is available for both lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday night.

Whether you’re searching for a basic burger, or are on the hunt for elevated options, you’ll find what you’re looking for at One Paseo. The urban village is home to Shake Shack, The Butchery, and North Italia, all of which offer signature burgers.

Shake Shack, Shackburger

For those who prefer the classics, Shake Shack’s Shackburger starts with your choice of a single or double burger and then tops it with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and shack sauce. Shake Shack also offers portobello mushroom burgers, and options topped with bacon, various cheeses, and peppers.

The Butchery

For an elevated twist on a classic burger try The Butchery’s house ground patty with grilled onions, American cheese, camp mix, arugula, tomato, and Sir Kensington’s Special Sauce on your choice of a St. Pierre Brioche Bun or pretzel bun.

North Italia

If you want to mix it up, North Italia’s burger combines crescenza cheese, caramelized onion, roasted mushroom, arugula, calabrian ketchup for an Italian twist on the American staple.
