Anchored in Wellness Festival Returns to Liberty Station
Liberty Station’s Anchored in Wellness Festival is back for its third year, bringing a full day of movement, mindfulness, and feel-good energy to Ingram Plaza. This annual celebration highlights Liberty Station as one of San Diego’s go-to wellness destinations, where community, connection, and longevity take center stage.
With three stages dedicated to movement, mindfulness, and experiential offerings, the festival is designed to keep you flowing from one activation to the next.
Three Stages, Endless Ways to Move
Anchored in Wellness offers a packed lineup of classes and experiences, all included with your ticket. Expect everything from sweat-worthy HIIT sessions and Pilates to grounding yoga flows and dance-based workouts.
On the mindfulness side, you can drop into guided meditation, breathwork sessions, and a sound bath designed to reset and restore. For those looking to push their comfort zone, cold plunges and ice baths will be available throughout the day.
Pop-up pickleball and interactive activations add to the energy, making it easy to try something new or stick with what you love.
A Wellness Village With Local Flavor
Beyond the stages, a curated vendor village will feature more than 35 functional wellness brands offering products and experiences focused on health and longevity. It’s a chance to discover new favorites while supporting local and emerging businesses.
Food trucks will be onsite, along with a beer garden and non-alcoholic beverage options to keep you fueled throughout the day. Giveaways and contests will also be happening across the plaza, adding a little extra excitement between sessions.
