An’s Dry Cleaning, the renowned gelato shop headquartered in San Diego, has won first place in USA Today’s prestigious Best Ice Cream Shop in America contest!

The nominations were carefully curated by a panel of subject matter experts and USA Today’s 10 best editors, then voting was open to the nationwide public to determine the final ranking.

An’s Dry Cleaning moved up from their second-place finish last year to take the top spot in 2024.

An’s Dry Cleaning, famous for their made-from-scratch, chef-crafted gelato, has become a staple in the San Diego community and beyond.

With its flagship location in North Park and additional locations in Del Mar (An’s Hatmakers), Petco Park (An’s Athletic Field Services), and a soon-to-be-opened Ocean Beach location, the ice cream shop is proud to share this honor with the gelato lovers that have helped propel their success.
