Here’s What You Can Rent For $2,500 In 8 San Diego Neighborhoods

There’s definitely a price to pay for living in America’s Finest City, but what that price will get you in different San Diego neighborhoods varies greatly.

For instance, $2,500 a month can either rent you a small apartment in the heart of the city or a larger, single family home if you venture further away from the city center. From modern complexes and quaint historic homes to beach bungalows and suburban townhomes, you have many options to fit your lifestyle.

We’ll begin our journey with a couple of urban choices that favor the amenities of city life over large floorplans before we spread out to more spacious homes in the surrounding neighborhoods. Of course, if you’re looking for even more room, like at least three bedrooms, you’ll have to head north, east and south of the city.

1. Little Italy – $2,405
