Botanica North Park Collaborates With Maya Moon And Debuts New Cocktails

Botanica North Park has launched an ongoing truffle-and-amaro pairing option (😮) on its menu in collaboration with Maya Moon Collective, the community-centric cacao café in Normal Heights known for its all-natural chocolate confections.

Cocktails & Maya Moon Collective truffle pairing

The pairing option’s featured truffles include Maya Moon’s Sun God (calendula and ginger) truffle paired with Amaro Angeleno, orange truffle paired with Sirene Amaro, and Mocha Crunch truffle made with cacao nib and paired with Amaro Baranthier.

Flavors progress from softer to more pronounced, moving from delicate citrus notes to floral before finishing with big chocolate and coffee notes. Priced at $30 per person, this new truffle pairing is available every day that Botanica open (Wednesday through Monday).

Botanica North Park New Cocktails

Additionally, Botanica has launched two new cocktails including the Witches’ Sabbath with Dark Horse Coffee cold brew, vodka, licor 43 and lavender whipped cream – an elegant and flavor-filled spin on the classic espresso martini.

Also, the new Luncheon on the Grass blends tequila, aloe vera liqueur, Accompani green flora and an amaro out of Portland with lime, French ginger, celery bitters and sparkling water.

And the Kiss From a Rose, made with Dromme Awake, a blend of adaptogens, botanicals and nootropics, is designed to rejuvenate and elevate energy without the effects of alcohol. This new concoction also includes Champagne harissa rose cordial, ginger and lemon.

Botanica’s full menu can be viewed here.
