La Jolla’s Birdseye Now Serving Brunch With Panoramic Ocean Views From The Cormorant’s Rooftop

Looking for your next Insta-worthy brunch spot? New to the weekend brunch scene this summer is Birdseye, the restaurant and bar located at the new Cormorant Boutique Hotel in La Jolla.

The restaurant recently launched its brunch menu to go along with their gorgeous La Jolla ocean views.

Ocean views and coastal bites

Featuring a panoramic “bird’s-eye view” of La Jolla’s shores, Birdseye offers a fresh and hip ambiance, inviting guests to ascend above the bluffs to enjoy a meal or a round of drinks while watching the sun set over the ocean.

Try the sweet Birdseye Pancakes topped with fresh fruit, house-made coconut butter and shaved coconut powdered sugar, or the savory Carnitas Eggs Benedict topped with avocado hollandaise and cilantro.

Pair your food with drinks including mimosa, margarita, and mojito flights!

Or turn it up a notch or two with the Berries & Crème cocktail made with Kettle One Vanilla Vodka, Chambord Liqueur, club soda and fresh berries, and the Birdseye Cold Brew made with vanilla vodka, DeKuyper Crème de Cocoa, simple syrup and fresh cold brew coffee.

Brunch is being served 10AM – 2PM, Friday through Sunday.

See you there, San Diego!
