Chef Paola Gonzalez’s Winning Iron Chef Dessert Now On Vaga’s Menu Until July 31st

Due to all the success of Chef Claudette Zepeda’s winning Mextlapique dish from Iron Chef (that sold out nearly every night!), VAGA will be serving pastry chef Paola Gonzalez’s winning dessert from the episode through the end of the month. 😋

The gluten-free dish features a white chocolate hazelnut semifreddo, cacao butter strawberries, and a salted cacao nib, and is inspired by the Mexican custard-style candy Duvalín.

It will be available during dinner service now through July 31.
