When we need a reason to celebrate the end of June, Estancia La Jolla delivers. Agave Fest’s fifth year means three hours of unlimited premium agave spirits, incredible Baja-inspired food, and one of La Jolla’s most beautiful settings.
The Spirit Selection
The spirit lineup spans heavy hitters like Patrón and Cazadores alongside craft favorites like Cazcanes and Fosforo Mezcal, with Casa Dragones, Lalo Tequila, and Real del Valle rounding things out.
What sets the tasting experience apart is having distillery experts on hand – people who can actually walk us through the nuances of each pour, whether we’re agave aficionados or just getting started.
Baja-Inspired Bites
Estancia’s culinary team knows how to complement great spirits with food that enhances rather than competes. Their Baja-inspired menu brings us everything from street tacos that capture those authentic Tijuana flavors to fresh ceviche that pairs beautifully with a crisp blanco tequila.
