Spring is here, and that means it’s time for Chicktopia at Hawthorne Country Store! All three locations in Escondido, Fallbrook, and Santee will host a day dedicated to backyard chickens, featuring more than 100 varieties of baby poultry.
Whether you’re a seasoned chicken keeper or just getting started, this is the perfect opportunity to learn, shop, and connect with fellow chicken enthusiasts.

Exclusive First Pick at the Peep Show
For those looking for rare, exotic, and top egg-laying breeds, don’t miss the Peep Show on Friday, March 7, from 6: PM to 8 PM. This adults-only (21+) VIP event includes hors d’oeuvres, beverages, and early access to the best breeds. Tickets are $55 for two people and sell out every year.
