Enjoy A Taste Of Mardi Gras At Ranch 45’s Fat Tuesday Crawfish Boil
Enjoy the festivity and comradery of a traditional southern Crawfish Boil, minus the plane ticket and humidity, at local butchery and eatery, Ranch 45.
In honor of Fat Tuesday on February 21, Ranch 45 will be hosting a Crawfish Boil with all the tried and tested Mardi Gras fixings including crawfish shipped directly from Louisiana, potatoes, corn and sausage, for $35 a pound, and the quintessential Cajun comfort food, Jambalaya, that can be made with either chicken or sausage, for $28 per quart.
Since no authentic Mardi Gras experience is complete without deep fried, sugar coated Beignets ($4) and Kings Cakes ($30), the iconic treats will also be available at the celebration.
With two ways to celebrate, patrons can enjoy Mardi Gras fixings at Ranch 45 or take them home, pre-orders via the Ranch 45 website are highly encouraged as crawfish supply is limited, and expected to sell out quickly. Customers can expect an afternoon of celebration, from 2PM to 7PM, on Ranch 45’s spacious outdoor patio located just across the street from the historic Del Mar Racetrack and less than a mile from the beloved Del Mar Dog Beach.
For customers who’d like to host a crawfish boil of their own, Ranch 45 is also selling a 20lb Bag of Live Crawfish, that includes boiling spices, for $175. Orders for the Live Crawfish must be placed by Tuesday, February 14 and picked up on Monday, February 20.
