SAGO Brings Elevated Social Dining and Late Night Entertainment to Encinitas

Starlight Hospitality Group has opened SAGO, a brand new elevated social dining concept and entertainment destination in Encinitas. Set in a lavish jungle-esque environment, SAGO’s seductive decor, sultry ambiance, and live music set the stage for a modern supper club that transforms into an exhilarating lounge and nightlife experience as the evening moves past 11 PM.

Located at 485 S Coast Hwy 101, SAGO offers the sleepy beach town a new late-night option for those looking for an exceptional upscale restaurant and an even better party. The chic space boasts the seamless convergence of a high-energy restaurant combined with the finer points of a lounge.

The food menu consists of shareable plates such as Black Truffle Fries and Wagyu Corn Dogs, raw dishes like Blood Orange Hamachi Crudo, and a selection of Artisan Pizzas created and executed by Executive Chef Frank Fleisher (formerly of Juniper & Ivy).

The tropical cocktail program is divided into three categories: Refresh (featuring spritzes and lighter vodka and gin-based cocktails), Savor (featuring cocktails with infused rums and bourbons and rich flavors), and Adventure (which highlights fruity, herbaceous, and playful notes).

See you there!

SAGO is now open Wednesday 4:30 PM to 11 PM, Thursday 4:30 PM to 12 AM, Friday 4:30 PM to 1 AM, Saturday 10 AM to 1:30 AM, and Sunday 10 AM to 11 PM. On Friday and Saturday there is live DJ entertainment; SAGO announces acts regularly via their Instagram page. Brunch service is available Saturday and Sunday.
