Cassara Carlsbad Debuts Do Good, Be Good Package In Support Of Agua Hedionda Lagoon

The Cassara Carlsbad, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, recently unveiled their Do Good, Be Good Package, offering guests the exclusive opportunity to combine luxury travel with learning and contributing to the local ecosystem.

The Do Good, Be Good Package will offer guests a quintessential Southern California escape, with luxury accommodations at The Cassara Carlsbad and a tandem kayaking VIP Eco Tour for two (adults 18+) at the Agua Hedionda Lagoon.

The VIP Eco Tour includes a two-hour in-depth look at the lagoon’s ecosystem, consisting of a variety of indigenous plants, birds, animals, and fish life, as well as a history lesson about the Native American Indians who called the lagoon home.

The Agua Hedionda Lagoon is one of the threatened coastal wetlands on the Southern California coastline, covering 400 acres in San Diego’s North County. Contributions to the tour will go towards the Agua Hedionda Lagoon Foundation’s exhibits and programs.

Back at The Cassara Carlsbad, guests will experience a sense of tranquility with the property’s palette of floral hues, Mediterranean architecture, and expansive views of the Carlsbad coastline. It is an out-of-the-way sanctuary yet nearby the quaint village of Carlsbad and its exciting eateries, entertainment, and attractions.
