SeaWorld’s Seven Seas Food Festival Is Back with 150+ Global Flavors and a New Concert Series

Spring weekends in San Diego just got a lot more flavorful. SeaWorld’s Seven Seas Food Festival returns, bringing more than 150 globally inspired bites, six stages of live entertainment, and for the first time ever, a full concert series included with park admission.

Running Fridays through Sundays, this fan-favorite festival turns the park into a culinary world tour curated by Executive Chef Zuric Ramirez. It is one of those seasonal events we find ourselves going back to more than once, especially with so much to taste and see.

Seven Seas Food Festival

A World of Flavor Awaits

With over 20 international food and drink huts scattered throughout the park, Seven Seas invites us to snack our way across continents in a single afternoon. This year’s lineup highlights dishes inspired by Italian, Brazilian, Polynesian, Mediterranean, Mexican, Caribbean, and Asian cuisines, among others.

Expect everything from Cubano sandwiches and spicy poke bowls to fried Spam musubi, escargot, braised meatballs, and mango bread pudding. There are comforting classics alongside rotating seasonal selections, so no two visits have to look the same.

To make the most of it, you can grab a Seven Seas Food Festival Passport featuring Chef Ramirez’s favorite picks. For those who like to plan their bites strategically, sampler lanyards are available – an 8-item sampler starts at $65, and the 12-item sampler is $75. Pass Members can level up with 15 samples for the price of 12.

And of course, it would not be a proper San Diego festival without great local pours. Breweries like Mike Hess, Karl Strauss, Stone, Ballast Point, Harland, Societe, Coronado Brewing Co., and more will be on hand, plus specialty cocktails, wines, and ciders throughout the park.

A New Concert Series Included With Admission

This year, the festival adds even more energy with full-length performances from chart-topping artists, all included with park admission.

The 2026 lineup includes:

  • Saturday, March 14 – Fitz and the Tantrums
  • Saturday, March 21 – The Band Perry
  • Saturday, April 18 – Walker Hayes
  • Saturday, April 25 – Phillip Phillips

The newly announced Walker Hayes show is sure to draw a crowd, especially for fans of “Fancy Like,” which dominated the country charts and earned a GRAMMY nomination.

If you want a little extra space, you can upgrade to Reserved Seating, which includes preferred viewing and a drink voucher. Availability is limited.

Six Stages of Live Entertainment

Beyond the headliners, the festival keeps the vibe going all day with performances across six stages. Highlights include:

  • World Explorer Stage – Ports of Call: Wildlife of the World, a live animal presentation
  • Parisian Stage with cirque-style performances in a café-inspired setting
  • Seven Seas Show Stage featuring K-pop tributes and live DJs
  • SoCal Stage with interactive fun alongside SeaWorld Character Friends
  • Samba Stage with Brazilian dance and Spanish guitar
  • Polynesian Stage with island music and fire knife dancing

It is the kind of lineup where we can catch a concert, grab a bite, and wander into a cirque performance all in the same visit.

Pass Perks and Planning Ahead

SeaWorld Annual Pass Members can return all season long with no blockout dates and enjoy every concert. For a limited time, passes start at $13 per month and include perks like bonus sampler items, free parking, and exclusive access to the new Shark Encounter opening this spring.
