Stamp Your Way Through 26 Shops at the SD Vintage Crawl

The best vintage shopping in San Diego County has never been concentrated in one walkable stretch. One great store sits here, the next one is a county away, and the SD Vintage Crawl ties 26 of them together into a single self-guided route.

Here is the shape of it: pick up an official Crawl postcard at any participating retailer, then collect a stamp at every shop you visit. The more stops you make, the better your odds of walking out with more than you carried in.

Eight Stamps, 26 Gift Cards on the Line

Eight is the number that gets you in. Visit at least eight participating shops, get your postcard stamped at each one, and you are entered to win one of 26 gift cards worth $25 each.

That is a low enough bar to clear in an afternoon, and high enough to push you toward a shop you have driven past a hundred times without stopping.

Hit 12 Shops for a Shot at $1,300

Push past 12 stamps and you are in for the grand prize: a $50 gift card from every participating retailer, more than $1,300 in total.

It is the kind of prize that only pays off if you actually shop the county, which is the whole point of a crawl.

Pop-Ups, Refreshments, and Sales at Every Stop

The stamps are only half of it. Every participating retailer has something of its own planned for the weekend, from sales and special finds to pop-ups, refreshments, and giveaways.

What that looks like changes shop to shop, so follow the ones on your list on Instagram before you go. That is where each store is posting what it has planned.

Build the Route Before Friday Morning

Twenty-six shops across three days is ambitious, but it is a lot more doable if you cluster your stops by area instead of zigzagging.

SD Vintage Crawl has participating retailer details, area maps, and suggested routes, so the planning is mostly done for you. Pick a starting point and work outward.

See you there!

Grab a friend, grab a coffee, and start at whichever shop is closest to your door. The best finds usually turn up at the stop you almost skipped.
