Head to Harbor Drive Sunday, January 19th at 2:00 PM for the 40th Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day Parade. This is one of the largest celebrations of its kind in the United States in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
Prohibition will host a weekend-long celebration to commemorate all things Prohibition: the 100th Anniversary of the first day of Prohibition; legendary gangster, Al Capone’s birthday; and featured cocktail recipes that date back to the early 1900s.
To commemorate 100 years of the yoga teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda in America – revered as the father of Yoga in the West and author of the best-selling spiritual classic Autobiography of a Yogi – the San Diego Temple of Self-Realization Fellowship (SRF) welcomes all to a free open house this Sunday.
