Got Boeuf? Bleu Boheme Puts A French Twist On National Hamburger Month
Got boeuf? With National Hamburger Month approaching next month, we wanted to share the Français way to enjoy this foodie holiday at Bleu Boheme.
Located in San Diego’s quaint Kensington neighborhood, Bleu Bohème invites guests to enjoy a “well-done” offering with its Croque de Garçon, an open-face burger made with house-ground steak patty, brie cheese, smoked ham, caramelized onions and topped with a fried egg on a brioche bun. For the side, the signature dish is served with Bleu’s famous pommes frites. Happy National Hamburger Month!
