Activate House Takes Over MCASD for the Last Mornings at the Museum of 2025

Mornings at the Museum is closing out 2025 with a full-blown, energy-packed takeover of the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego in La Jolla, and if you’ve been to these before, you already know what to expect.

If you haven’t, this is your chance to experience next-level movement, electric energy, and a community that moves like they mean it – all inside one of the most iconic spaces in the city.

Activate House is bringing SCULPT with Adrian Contreras and YOGA SCULPT with Bryan Macias for two 60-minute sessions designed to promote holistic wellness.

The Schedule

SCULPT with Adrian Contreras kicks things off at 9 AM. At 10 AM, there’s a class break where you can enjoy vendors and complimentary massages. YOGA SCULPT with Bryan Macias follows at 11 AM. Both classes are 60 minutes each and carefully curated to promote holistic wellness.

The structure gives you time to recover between sessions and connect with the wellness community. Complimentary massages during the break are a nice touch that most fitness events don’t offer.

What’s Included

Your ticket includes museum admission, which means after the classes wrap up, you can explore the galleries when they open at 11 AM. Grab a bite at the Kitchen at MCASD and make a full morning (or afternoon) of it.

What to Bring and Know

Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and towel. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable – no exceptions. You must be 18+ to attend. This one will sell out, so if you’re interested, lock in your spot now rather than waiting.
