Odie’s Pizza Co. Brings Sourdough Pies, Big Flavor, and Good Vibes to Oceanside

Downtown Oceanside is getting a major flavor upgrade. Just two blocks from the iconic pier, Odie’s Pizza Co. is gearing up to open its doors, bringing long-fermented sourdough crusts, craveable toppings, and a laidback vibe that’s pure O’side.

Odie’s Pizza Co. Oceanside

The Slice Is Right

Founded by North County native Odie O’Connor, this all-day pizza hangout is the culmination of a decade spent mastering the sourdough craft—most recently in Portland with his popular vegan concept, Boxcar Pizza.

Now back home, O’Connor is introducing Oceanside to the kind of New York and Sicilian-style pies that taste even better than they look.

At Odie’s, it’s all about the dough. The house crust is fermented for 48 hours using all-organic, unbleached flour from the Pacific Northwest. That process gives each pie the perfect chew, deep flavor, and a crispy finish that makes every bite worth the hype.

Not Your Average Pie Lineup

Expect 10 signature pizzas with personality—like the Dude Ranch (BBQ sauce, shredded chicken, bacon, ranch drizzle), the Biggie Smalls (vodka sauce, mozzarella, sausage, basil), and the sweet-spicy Benny and the Jets (sopressata, whipped burrata, hot honey).

Vegan and gluten-free options are fully in the mix, plus a “build your own” menu for total customization.

Round it out with wings, loaded salads, and Mondo Ice Cream Sandwiches, then wash it all down with a drink from the 28-tap bar, featuring collaborations with Burgeon Beer Co., Artifex, and more.

A Neighborhood Spot With O’side Soul

The 2,000-square-foot space on Cleveland Street has a wraparound bar, patio access, and a breezy, sun-lit design with white tile, skateboard art, and plenty of room to chill.

See you there!

Whether you’re grabbing a slice or staying for a few rounds, Odie’s Pizza Co. in Oceanside is your new go-to for good food and great vibes.
