San Diego Soul Festival
Anthony Cornelius Hamilton is a Singer/Songwriter. He is an American, Grammy Award winning R&B singer-songwriter, and record producer who rose to fame with his platinum-selling second studio album Comin’ from Where I’m From (2003), which featured the title track single “Comin’ from Where I’m From” and the follow-up “Charlene.” Nominated for 10 Grammy awards, he is also known for the song “Freedom” from the soundtrack album of Django Unchained co-written and sung as a duo with indie soul singer Elayna Boynton.

Keith Douglas Sweat is a Singer/Songwriter. He Also known as Keith Sweat, is an American R&B and soul, singer-songwriter, record producer, actor, radio personality, and an innovator of new jack swing.

GUY FEATURING TEDDY RILEY: Guy was formed in Harlem, New York in 1987 by R&B singer-songwriters Teddy Riley, Aaron Hall, and Timmy Gatling. Riley and Gatling were childhood friends growing up in Harlem, and previously collaborated in the band Kids At Work. Hall was recruited to join what would become Guy. As well as writing songs for their own group, Riley and Hall collaborated on other songwriting and production projects, including Bobby Brown’s “My Prerogative” and Johnny Kemp’s “Just Got Paid”.

Dru Hill is an American singing group, most popular during the late 1990s, whose repertoire included soul, hip hop soul and gospel music. Founded in Baltimore, Maryland, and active since 1992, Dru Hill recorded seven Top 40 hits, and is best known for the R&B #1 hits “In My Bed”, “Never Make a Promise”, and “How Deep Is Your Love”. The group consist of lead singer Mark “Sisqó” Andrews (who went on to have a very successful solo career), Tamir “Nokio” Ruffin and , Larry “Jazz” Anthony, and James “Woody Rock” Green.
